Refund Policy

You acknowledge that all purchases and sales of cryptocurrency, whether completed or pending, are final, non-refundable, irreversible, and cannot be altered after confirmation on the blockchain.
Due to the high volatility of cryptocurrency prices, the value of cryptocurrency purchased or sold through RevalCoin may change within seconds. Therefore, refunds and cancellations are generally not possible after the transaction has been confirmed.
In accordance with Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to financial services whose price depends on fluctuations in the market outside the seller's control. Cryptocurrency exchange services fall under this category.
Nevertheless, if you believe you made a mistake or wish to cancel a transaction before it is executed on the blockchain, you may submit a corresponding request. RevalCoin may, at its sole discretion, agree to a refund or cancellation of the transaction provided the following conditions are met:
- The request is made without delay;
- The transaction has not yet been submitted to the blockchain (not confirmed);
- There are no legal or regulatory obstacles to the cancellation.
To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at: support@revalcoin.com Please provide:
- Your full name and registered email address;
- Transaction ID and date;
- Reason for the request.
In exceptional cases, RevalCoin may, at its sole discretion, repurchase cryptocurrency from you at the current market rate minus applicable fees, or resell it to you if you previously sold it. This procedure is possible subject to liquidity and successful compliance verification.
RevalCoin is not responsible for failed refunds caused by user errors (e.g., providing an incorrect crypto wallet address).
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be:
- Processed within 14 business days;
- Returned to the original payment method, if legally permitted and technically feasible.
In the event of an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to:
- Suspend your account;
- Recover incurred costs;
- Report to relevant financial institutions.
